• Revocation of consent, when applicable; To request revocation, the data subject must contact the organizer of the event they participated in and request it. Please note that revocation of consent implies the cancellation of any certificates issued in the data subject's name.

e-certificado.com has the company's Legal Department as its Data Controller (DPO), and its Information Technology Department as its Data Controller. Both can be accessed through the same service channels listed in the website footer (WhatsApp, email, and phone).

Termination of Processing

The processing of personal data will be terminated in the following cases: (i) when the purpose for which the personal data was collected is achieved, and/or the personal data collected is no longer necessary or relevant for achieving such purpose; (ii) when the Data Subject requests the deletion of their data; and (iii) when there is a legal requirement to do so.

In cases where the processing of personal data is terminated, except as provided for by applicable law or this Privacy Policy, the personal data will be deleted, and this Policy will no longer apply to your relationship with e-certificado.com.
